do you write the website content or do I?

Both options are available. If you don't have content yet, I'll write SEO-friendly content↗ that sounds like you and helps your author platform rank on Google and AI search. If you already have content you're happy with, I'll review, edit, and optimize it. Either way, nothing goes live that doesn't read and rank well.

how long does the project take?

The Quick Start Author Website↗ usually takes 2 weeks from our first conversation to launch. The All-in Essentials Author Website↗ takes 4-6 weeks. Timeline also depends on how quickly feedback and content approvals come through. The faster we communicate, the faster we move.

can you work with my existing author brand or book cover?

Yes. If you already have a cover, a logo, or an established visual identity, I'll build your website around it to create a consistent, cohesive author presence. If you need a book cover or promo visuals to complement your new website, I offer book marketing services↗ too.

can I update the website myself after launch?

Yes. Wix is designed for exactly that. Once your site is live, I'll walk you through how to make common updates like changing text, swapping images, and adding new content. You won't need a developer for day-to-day changes. I never build something you can't manage yourself.

do you work with authors outside of Canada?

Yes, I work with authors globally. All consultations happen online and the entire project is managed remotely, so your location doesn't matter. What matters is your expertise and your goals.
